About the job:

Gilion empowers tech entrepreneurs, management teams, and financial partners worldwide with innovative solutions. At the heart of our rapid growth is a commitment to AI and data-centered product development, driving impact and excellence at every scale. As a product designer you will use modern tech to design and iterate on Gilion to bring new ideas to life, building new features from scratch. You will work closely with our senior in-house cross-functional team to help build an outstanding AI-powered data platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Work together with product manager to define product requirements
• Conduct user research, analysis and testing, perform usability testing
• Generate ideas through sketching, wireframing and prototyping
• Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practice and emerging technologies
• Embrace and advocate design thinking and culture across the company

About you:

• A highly motivated product designer with strong analytical skills and user-centric mindset
• You have experience working with UX/UI in a tech team closely collaborating with engineers
• You like to work with fast iterations to learn quickly and improve
• You have strong responsibility for your designs and thinking with an eye for detailed, high quality design
• A creative problem solver with a passion for crafting intuitive and visually appealing products
• You enjoy working in a cross functional team with engineers, PMs and other stakeholders
