About the Job:

As the Investment Manager for the Dutch market, you'll be at the forefront of Gilion’s expansion into this new region. Based either in our Copenhagen office, or the first one in Netherlands, your mission will be to drive our go-to-market strategy, forge strong relationships, and lead business development. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading market expansion efforts in the Netherlands.
• Building and managing relationships with potential loan customers, partners, VCs, and accelerators.
• Establishing Gilion’s brand and trust within the Dutch market
• Executing go-to-market strategies to rapidly scale our presence.
• Generating and converting leads into valuable clients.

About You:

We’re looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Investment Manager with a deep understanding of the Dutch market. You excel in business development and relationship-building, and are eager to take on the challenge of driving growth in a new market. The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field
• Fluency in Dutch with strong communication and presentations skills.
• Ability to establish and manage relationships with founders of tech startups/scaleups, VC’s, accelerators and others in the VC ecosystem.
• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Success in executing go-to-market strategies in new markets.

Experience working with investments, particularly in tech lending, is an advantage.
