What you'll do:
We're looking for a Backend Product Engineer to build and evolve the products that power Gilion's AI-driven agentic platform - making sure they're performant, scalable, and ready for what's next.
Design, build, and operate backend services, APIs, and infrastructure
Own systems end-to-end: architecture, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
Collaborate with other teams to ship robust features
Integrate with agentic workflows and LLM orchestration layers
Help shape our backend architecture and technical direction as we scale
What we're looking for:
4+ years building and scaling backend systems in production
Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or similar - with solid API and service design skills
Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and scalability tradeoffs
Experience shipping features cross-functionally with frontend, data, or ML teams
Product-minded: you balance delivery speed with long-term quality and care about end-user impact
