Junior Analyst

We’re now looking for a Junior Analyst to join our finance team. This is a role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a fast-growing fintech and lending business really works, from the numbers that go to the board to the follow-up behind them.

You’ll work closely with our finance lead and and financial analyst. We’re building new internal systems and use AI in our daily work, so you’ll see how a finance function scales, not just how it runs today.

What you’ll do

• Support the monthly reporting process

• Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting

• Prepare board and management reporting packs

• Follow up on revenue and costs

• Support the consolidation of results

• Take ownership of manual processes and projects, and help us make them smarter over time

• Work with stakeholders across finance, credit and structuring

What we’re looking for

• A degree in economics, business or engineering

• Recently graduated, or one to two years of relevant experience

• Curious and eager to learn; you like getting to the bottom of the numbers

• Structured and thorough, while thriving in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable using AI tools, and keen to find better ways of working

• A communicative, non-prestigious team player

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Studies in or experience with accounting or financial reporting
